40%  by T/T as the downpayment, the balance shall be issued a  L/C at sight confirmedby the Seller''s bank, and to be paid at the presentation of theshipping documents.

Testing &training:

The plant layout design,assembling and installation, start-up and local team training willbe FREE at no cost. But the buyer should beresponsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board& lodging ,and US$5.-/day/person for the pocket money to ourtechnicians. The testing people will be two persons, and will cost30 days.

Utilities:

The buyer should preparesufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplieswhich are suitable to be connected to our machinery before thearrival of our machinery.

WARRANTY:

The seller guarantee the qualityof the products for 12 months since the date of installation .During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on thehard parts of the machinery ,the seller will replace the parts orsend the technicians to go to the buyer’s site for repairing andmaintenance at FREE. If the defaults are arousedby the defaulted operations of the buyer, or the buyer need thetechnical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer shouldbe responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
